    for garnish

From previous steps

  • buffalo sauce chicken
  • blue cheese sauce
  • baked potato

Slice into the top of the baked potato and fluff the inside with a fork to make a potato bowl.

Drizzle some blue cheese sauce directly onto the potato. Spoon the buffalo chicken over the top, then finish with more blue cheese sauce and finely sliced scallions.
